The said Oscar is a known robber who operates in the area.
How it happened.
On Friday, September 1, 2017 Star Boy together with about three of his cronies collected an Infinix Note 4 mobile phone from a prospective buyer whom they decided to cheat as has been their mode of operation.
Unknown to them, the buyer was a relative of one military officer who upon hearing the story decided to go and collect the phone for his nephew.
When the officer who was in the company of two other colleagues go to the scene, Star Boy, who was alleged to be wearing a military camouflage at the time pulled out a dagger and threatened to stab the officer.
