Baseless Ruling…Hearts To Fight Appeals Committee Decision

Accra Hearts of Oak has described the Appeals Committee ruling on the Heart – Kotoko protest case as baseless and unjustifiable since it lacked the necessary grounds and merit. For Hearts the Appeals Committee could not base its ruling on any factual articles as enshrined in the rules and regulations of the Ghana Football Association.

For us this particular ruling from the Appeals Committee can best be described as coming from individuals who failed to apply the necessary rules and regulations probably because of their to make the Kotoko family happy even though it is stated clearly in the legal books that Kotoko has erred by using Obed Owusu in the said match.

Pre-Season Gets Underway

Accra Hearts of Oak players have regrouped to go through the annual pre-season formalities ahead of the next football season. Hearts pre-season commenced on Monday where the clubs management met with the players at the club’s secretariat to brief them on very important aspects of the game which they must exhibit on and off the field of play once they are tied to the club.

The players were advised on how best to structure their respective carries and most importantly remain committee and dedicated to Hearts of Oak course so not to repeat the inconsistencies the team suffered last season.
